Return Policy · You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before returning items. Please e-mail sales@wonpro.us or call 480-298-0920 to obtain an RMA number. · All merchandise must be returned in their original packaging. You must include with the return all manuals, accessories and parts. · If you wish to return a product for any reason, we will gladly accept the return with no questions asked. Your merchandise must be returned within 30 days. There will be a 25% re-stocking fee unless they were defective or were shipped incorrectly. · We have very very few returns, indeed much less than 0.1%. But, still nobody likes returns including us – any return is a serious waste of our time and our money and of your time and of your money. Please note FedEx does NOT deliver to US Post Office "P. O. Box" addresses. 2. Military Orders – All domestic APO addresses (AE, AP and AA) are shipped via “USPS Priority Mail”. 3. USPS Priority Mail is cost effective for small orders, but very difficult to track. Also, USPS never guarantees 100% delivery; i.e., USPS packages do get lost sometimes. Please note that we are NOT responsible if USPS "delivered" but you don't have your package. 4. Overseas Customers: We support USPS Global Priority, USPS Global Express and FedEx International.
