Wonpro (Wonderful Product) was established by Mr. Wonpro Lee in Taiwan in 1989. Mr. Wonpro Lee is the inventor of "universal plug adapters", “universal power strips”, and “universal receptacles” – to adapt 24 different country specific plugs to fit 24 different country specific outlets – It is a many-to-one design. Mr. Wonpro Lee owns 15 Patents in he US alone and many more patents in all major industrial countries all over the world.
Wonpro US was established by Wonpro Lee’s younger brother Rock Lee in the US in 2002. Wonpro US is the international marketing and sales division of Wonpro. Its main mission is to promote all Wonpro products in the US and North America, and also to cover major European countries in the future. In other words, Wonpro US’s goal is to take Wonpro’s innovative design to connect one country’s unique plug to another country’s very different outlet – i.e., to to create a homogeneous world for international travelers and to level the playing field for companies to export and import electrical products to/from any country
