Return Policy
· Wonpro
LLC agrees to replace any Wonpro product, sold by Wonpro LLC, which has
failed within
ONE YEAR. You
must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before
returning the merchandises. Please send e-mail to
sales@wonpro.us
or
call 480-298-0920 to obtain an RMA number.
· If
you wish to return a product for any reason, we will gladly accept the
return with no questions asked. Your merchandise must be returned within
30 days. There will be a 25% re-stocking
fee unless they were defective (failed within one year) or were shipped
incorrectly.
· All
merchandise must be returned in their original packaging. You must
include with the return all manuals, accessories and parts.
· We
have very very few returns, indeed much less than 0.1%. Please
note that
Nobody
Likes Returns
including us – any return is a serious waste of our time & our money,
and your time & your money. So, if you are not sure which products to
order - Please Call!
